No one has to go through this alone. The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline connects you with a crisis counselor who will listen whole-heartedly and guide you through your troubles. They will also follow up with you and be there for you every step of the way, whether it’s asking how your day went, or checking in on your mental state, they’re there for you. All calls are free and confidential.
